On December 12, 2012, the first company under NT Group, Nature Terms Sdn. Bhd. was officially established in Malaysia.

NT products officially entered the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, receiving excellent reviews and recognition.

Guangzhou Nature Terms Commerce Co., Ltd. was established to register products and obtain hygiene permits for import, paving the way for official and compliant entry into the mainland China market.

Nature Terms Laboratory Ltd was established in the United Kingdom as our international R&D hub, collaborating with global health supplement research institutions to develop premium natural formulations.

In collaboration with ALFA SOFT TECH BİLİŞİM DONANIM SANAYİ VE TİC. A.Åž in Turkey, NT successfully launched Vialife and Viafit into Middle Eastern and European markets — a key step in our global expansion.

Expanded into the Singapore market, strengthening our presence in the Southeast Asia region.

NT products entered Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, gaining widespread recognition for their Halal certification and plant-based functionality.

Officially began offering OEM, ODM, and comprehensive brand development solutions, becoming a technical and formulation partner for various regional brands.

Continued delivering NT products to our global clients, helping users strengthen immunity and resilience during COVID-19, and receiving widespread praise for our commitment and reliability.

Post-pandemic, NT restarted its globalization strategy, preparing to re-enter multiple markets and rebuild distribution channels.

Assisted Chinese enterprises in setting up manufacturing facilities in Malaysia, promoting Halal certification processes and localized partnerships — jointly building a bilateral China-Malaysia health industry platform.

Entered the Japanese market, launching high-end product collaborations and integrated R&D exchanges with Japanese institutions — a new chapter in our global strategy.
